Desiree is a nurse and a writer. She writes novels and short stories based on our world and other fantasy worlds. Desiree also is a freelance writer and available to help write any words needed.

Nursing is her passion, and comforting those who are near the end of their journey fills her soul. She takes that emotion and pours it out onto the pages of her work, releasing the pain that she feels for her patients and their families so she can continue to care for others.

Desiree has been published in Metro Seven and on Pay it Forward. She is currently working on a series of eight books in the Tea with Death world. She has studied with Jessica Barksdale and Tiffany Trent, Diana Pharaoh Francis and Melissa Marr. She is finishing her MFA degree at Southern New Hampshire University.
